What is Glammobi all about?
HOW IT WORKS
After booking, a quotation will be sent to you. In the meantime, browse through the contractual requirements stipulating all the T’s & C’s. Once you have accepted the T’s & C’s and paid the deposit, sign the contract and you are almost ready for your exquisite glamping adventure.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS BEFORE BOOKING!
- The driver must have a valid license with type EB or E-class.
- The maximum GVM (Gross Vehicle Mass) of the Mobi Lodge may not exceed the tow vehicle’s tare mass up to a maximum of 3,500 kg.

MAKE A BOOKING
Choose Your Dates
Select the dates for your booking from the calendar below. Please note that a minimum of 3 days is required.
Fill in the Information Form
Complete the necessary fields in the information form accurately.
Payment Options
Select your preferred payment method: pay a 50% deposit and the balance 30 days before departure, OR the full amount upfront. Keep in mind that a refundable security deposit of R7500.00 will be added to the total amount payable. (Refund will be made within 7 days of the return of the caravan).
Cross Border Bookings
If your GlamMobi booking is for travel outside the borders of South Africa, please ensure that the mandatory “Refundable Cross-Border Deposit” and “Documentation” checkboxes are also selected.
Consent
Tick the consent checkbox to confirm your agreement with our booking terms and conditions.
Submit Your Booking
Once all required fields have been completed and payment details confirmed, submit your booking.
Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed as soon as the EFT payment has cleared and the required additional documents have been received.

1. Download and sign each page of the documents below:
a.) Rental Agreement
b.) Inventory List
2. Identification Documents:
Please attach a copy of your License Card and Green ID document for verification purposes.
3. Bank Letter:
A bank confirmation letter for the refund of the security deposit.
